Terms & Conditions 

IMPORTANT NOTICE

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in all classes, services, memberships, and activities provided by Maison Made Collective Pty Ltd (“Maison Made”). By creating an account, purchasing classes or memberships, or attending any class, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE

By accessing or using any Maison Made services, including classes, packs, memberships, workshops, or private sessions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not participate in any Maison Made services.

​

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

Maison Made provides reformer Pilates classes and related fitness services, including:

  • group classes

  • private sessions

  • workshops and events

  • memberships and class packs

Maison Made may modify class types, instructors, schedules, pricing, or services at any time, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be 16 years or older to attend classes. By booking or attending, you warrant that you meet this requirement.

 

4. ​BOOKINGS AND ATTENDANCE

  • All classes must be booked in advance via the nominated booking platform.

  • You must arrive on time. Entry is not permitted more than 5 minutes after class commencement.

  • Late arrivals forfeit their class without refund or credit.

Maison Made may refuse entry where necessary for safety, operational, or behavioural reasons.

 

5. CANCELLATIONS AND NOSHOWS

Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before the scheduled class start time. Late cancellations or noshows will result in:

  • loss of class credit (class packs and intro offers)

  • deduction from membership allocations

  • a late cancellation/noshow fee for unlimited memberships (as notified at purchase)

If Maison Made cancels or reschedules a class, affected credits will be returned.

6. WAITLIST AND WAITPOOL

By joining a waitlist or wait pool, you acknowledge that:

  • you may be added to a class at any time, including within the cancellation window

  • it is your responsibility to remove yourself if you no longer wish to attend

  • once added to a class, standard cancellation and noshow policies apply

 

7. CLASS PACKS AND INTRODUCTORY OFFERS

All class packs and introductory offers are:

  • nonrefundable

  • nontransferable

  • subject to expiry dates

Extensions may be granted at our discretion in limited circumstances (e.g., medical reasons supported by evidence).

8. MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis and are subject to:

  • minimum commitment periods

  • notice requirements for cancellation

  • automatic renewals

Memberships are nontransferable and nonrefundable, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Maison Made may adjust membership pricing with reasonable notice.

9. PAYMENTS AND FAILED PAYMENTS

Payments are processed in advance. If a payment fails:

  • a grace period may apply

  • access to bookings may be restricted

  • memberships may be suspended or cancelled if payment is not resolved

You authorise Maison Made to reattempt failed payments.

10. MEMBERSHIP FREEZES

Membership freezes are available subject to:

  • minimum freeze periods

  • written notice requirements

  • restrictions during cancellation or minimumterm periods

Memberships cannot be used during a freeze.

11. HEALTH AND SAFETY

You warrant that you are medically and physically fit to participate in classes. You must inform instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before participating. Participation is at your own risk and subject to the Maison Made Liability Waiver.

 

12. PREGNANCY

If you are pregnant, you must notify the studio before attending classes. Maison Made may require medical clearance or restrict participation where reasonably necessary for safety.

13. STUDIO CONDUCT

You agree to:

  • follow all instructor directions

  • use equipment safely and only as instructed

  • behave respectfully toward staff and other clients

Maison Made may refuse entry or terminate participation for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.

 

14. PERSONAL PROPERTY

To the extent permitted by law, Maison Made is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

 

15. ​RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

You acknowledge that participation in fitness activities involves inherent and obvious risks, including injury, illness, or aggravation of existing conditions. You understand that these activities may constitute dangerous recreational activities within the meaning of the Wrongs Act 1958 (Vic), and that Maison Made is not liable for harm suffered as a result of the materialisation of an obvious risk of such activities. You voluntarily assume all such risks.

16. LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Maison Made is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in classes

  • our liability is limited to the resupply of services or the cost of resupply

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you may have under the ACL that cannot be excluded.

17. INDEMNITY

You indemnify Maison Made against any loss, damage, or claims arising from:

  • your breach of these Terms

  • your failure to follow instructions

  • your failure to disclose relevant medical information

  • your intentional or reckless conduct

This indemnity does not apply to loss caused by Maison Made’s negligence.

 

18. PRIVACY

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

19. CHANGES TO TERMS

Maison Made may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms apply from the date they are published.

20. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
